Eligibility

Refunds will ONLY be provided under the following conditions:
Duplicate payment was accidentally made
The service was not activated or did not start due to a technical error

Non-Refundable Services

The following services cannot be refunded once delivered:
Resume boosts
Paid job alerts
Premium subscriptions already activated

Refund Process

Claims must be submitted within 7 days of payment with proof. Review and response in 5-7 days.

Payment Mode

Refunds are made to the original payment method.

Fraudulent Claims

We reserve the right to decline suspected fraudulent requests.
