Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Import Coordinator to manage the importation of goods from international suppliers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and comply with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong communication skills to collaborate with suppliers, customs authorities, and internal teams, as well as a solid understanding of logistics and international trade regulations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the import of goods, including handling all necessary documentation such as bills of lading, invoices, and customs declarations.
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant import/export laws, regulations, and tariffs.
  • Work with customs brokers to ensure smooth and timely clearance of goods through customs.
