We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our fast-paced tech company. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and benefits administration. You will work closely with department heads to ensure that the company attracts and retains top talent while fostering a positive work culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts to hire top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and culture.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
  • Manage employee relations issues, mediate conflicts, and provide counseling and coaching to employees and managers.
