We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to support our legal team with administrative tasks. In this role, you will assist lawyers by preparing legal documents, maintaining case files, scheduling appointments, and managing client communications. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will be key to ensuring the efficient operation of our legal office.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and proofread legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and court filings.
  • Maintain and organize legal files, both electronic and paper, ensuring they are up-to-date and easy to access.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and court appearances for attorneys and clients.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, taking messages and redirecting inquiries as needed.
  • Conduct basic legal research and assist in case preparation.

    Education

    Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Administration, or a related field.
