Description

We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Drilling Supervisor to oversee on-site drilling operations. In this role, you will supervise a team of drilling personnel, coordinate drilling activities, and ensure that operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory and environmental standards. You will play a key role in ensuring that drilling projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise drilling crews and contractors on-site, ensuring all drilling activities are executed safely and according to the drilling program.
  • Monitor drilling operations, equipment, and personnel to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate with the operations team, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical issues or delays.

    Education

    Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Drilling Technology, or a related field.
